I've been really disappointed with this bank. Despite multiple interest rate cuts, they consistently refuse to pass any of the savings on to their customers. It feels like they’re more focused on boosting their own profits than actually supporting the people who bank with them. For a smaller sized bank, you’d expect more personalised service and a bit more consideration, but unfortunately, that’s not the case here. Their lack of transparency and unwillingness to keep up with the rest of the market is frustrating. If you’re looking for a bank that values your business and does the right thing by its customers, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. This one just isn’t worth your time.
