Our platform exists to empower individuals to share their honest experiences and connect with businesses. By doing so, we aim to make the world a more transparent and informed place for everyone.
We ask that you follow these community guidelines, along with our Terms of Use, to maintain a respectful, trustworthy space for all users. Thank you for contributing — let’s raise the standard together!
You may submit a review if you've recently interacted with a business in a real and verifiable way. Reviews should reflect authentic experiences and should be written within 12 months of the interaction.
Writing a review in exchange for incentives — including discounts, cash, loyalty points, gifts, coupons, or referral perks — is not permitted. These can compromise the objectivity of the platform. If you've been offered an incentive, report it through the proper channels.
Whether your experience was small (like a brief phone call) or significant (like a large purchase), every story has value. What matters is that your review is genuine, recent, and relevant to other users.
Reviews should reflect experiences from the past year. Older stories, while interesting, may not reflect the current state of a business or service and may not be helpful to today’s readers.
Don’t fabricate experiences or submit reviews on behalf of others. If you’re affiliated with, employed by, or in competition with a business, you should not review it.
Reviews should never be written, changed, or deleted in exchange for compensation. Such activity damages the reliability of the entire platform.
Hold onto any documents, receipts, screenshots, or messages that confirm your interaction with a business. You may be asked to provide verification if needed.
Treat this space as you would a community forum. Avoid language or actions that are abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or illegal. Bullying, blackmail, and dishonesty are not tolerated.
While you are encouraged to share your honest experience, the platform must balance your right to free speech with the rights of others not to suffer unwarranted harm. Reviews that cause unfair damage to reputations or lead to serious financial consequences may be removed.
The most impactful reviews are those that clearly describe what happened, allowing readers to form their own opinions. Avoid exaggerated or unsupported claims.
This platform does not mediate disputes or pass judgment. It is not a legal court or regulatory agency. Reviews reflect personal experiences, not official decisions.
Your reviews are public. Do not include sensitive information such as names, phone numbers, addresses, or emails — yours or anyone else’s. Respect and protect everyone’s privacy.
Double-check that you are leaving your review on the correct business profile and country domain. Mistakes can lead to confusion and misdirected feedback.
You are in control of your own reviews. You can edit, update, or remove them at any time. If you have multiple experiences with a business, it's fine to write multiple reviews — just don’t overwhelm the system.
Everyone is encouraged to report reviews that seem problematic or break the rules. Only flag content if you truly believe there’s an issue, and please do so fairly.
Flagged reviews are assessed to determine if they breach community standards. If they do, appropriate action will be taken, which may include edits, temporary hiding, or removal.
While we support free speech, certain content types are prohibited. If your review breaks the rules, you may be asked to revise it. Reviews that can’t be corrected or are clearly abusive may result in account suspension or deletion.
Our system continuously monitors for suspicious behavior or fake reviews. Any reviews found to be inauthentic may be automatically removed to protect the integrity of the platform.
