Not very accurate with prices on homes.

We have listed our renovated house for sale and have discovered that realestate.com.au has placed a high range price estimate that's $60,000 below what the local real estate agent has advised us. And we have been receiving lowball offers that don’t reflect the true value of our home.

Incredibly frustrating, especially when the realestate.com.au hasn’t even inspected our house, how can it give this value? They’re providing automated estimates without any understanding of recent renovations or upgrades, and I find this very misleading for both buyers and us sellers. Something has to be done to fix this, so I'm giving this a 1 star until this gets fixed.
