Customer servive is great and I feel they look after their customers.

Great customer service, I have been shopping at Mecca for many years latest being a perfume I was not happy with. I sent them an email, and not long after, I received a phone call. The lady on the phone was very helpful and let me know how I can go about fixing this. The product was shipped back, and an online credit was issued that I could use at any time I wanted. Another time, I had a refill done on one of my perfumes, and it was just leaking everywhere. When I contacted them, they said they would get back to me in approximately a week, and I was finally given an online credit. I have yet to have any issues with their customer support, as I feel they have gone above and beyond for me in the past. I still buy my stuff from here when there is promotions on, and find it a great company to shop at and deal with.
