The travel agency’s service was disappointing, but I can’t fault the tours themselves or the amazing tour captains and drivers — they were fantastic. I had booked a tour and requested an extra day, and while they arranged my flight, they didn’t book any accommodation for that extra night. The same thing happened on my LA trip from New York. Now I’m stuck waiting for the issue to be resolved, only to be told I never paid for it. Honestly, did they expect me to just sleep on the street?
