Great customer service and great selection of shoes a little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for I guess. Purchased some Nike TN $280 very comfy and can wear them all day at work feels like im walking on air. The sale people were great too and very helpful overall great experience at the Pitt street mall store. Thank you.
I’ve ordered from this store multiple times, and it’s been a mixed experience. First time, there was a pricing mistake, and that took a while to get corrected. The other time I ordered a pair of white Nike 90s, but the order got randomly cancelled, and it took around a week to get my money refunded. Another time, they sent me the completely wrong shoe. I took them back in person to make sure everything went smoothly. Thankfully, my last order finally went through and completed smoothly, and I got the shoes that I ordered. Definitely a frustrating business to deal with.
