My Honest Experience with Compare the Market. If I could give Compare the Market a lower rating, I definitely would. After submitting a request, I was shocked at how quickly the calls started—within two minutes, and they didn’t stop. A genuine comparison site shouldn’t need to constantly chase you for your phone number or email. Now, their number is permanently on my blocked list, and I’ll continue blocking any future calls. In the future, I’ll go directly through insurance companies, even if it means requesting multiple quotes. At least with them, you won’t be bombarded with calls just for trying to get a deal.
